Holding a bachelor’s degree in health and fitness, going through the muscle gain process myself; I have the knowledge and the “In The Trenches” experience to give you guidance on your journey. I’ve also helped many people lose weight as well, I’ve always been a smaller guy, so minus the 1st person experience there (See “Client Experience’s” tab). The app which my program is delivered through has a texting service to keep me updated on your training which EVERY client has access to.
Every exercise programmed has a purpose, an intention.
Your progress rate won’t be the same as everyone else, may be faster, may be slower. The training months will reflect this.
Each progression is based on how you feel and progress.
You don’t have to give up your FREEDOM.
When you sign up to train with me you’ll get either a video recorded or live movement assessment, a personalized training program to get you to your goal, text communication to keep me updated daily, video call check-ins to keep you on the path towards your goal, and a proper testing protocol to assess where you start and finish.
